Standard Pork Rub

This works well with a pork shoulder, leg or ribs.

Mix all the ingredients and cover your meat so there is a light covering all over2, making sure you get into all the bits you cant readily see.-

Spray with the water sprayer so the surface is just moist, you don’t want water running off the meat.

Place in a tray in the fridge. Ideally leave for at least 4 hrs, overnight if you can.

Spray again before you put the meat on the grill.

25g Paprika
25g Good salt
1tsp Ground black and white pepper
1tsp Finely chopped Thyme (fresh if you can get it or dried if you cant)
Chilli powder to taste
Water sprayer
