Yogurt Marinated Chicken
Heat your grill to 225 degrees C and create an indirect zone.
Chicken things are superb on a grill, they retain moisture and carry a good flavour as well as giving that opportunity for a bit of crispy chicken skin.
750g skin on deboned chicken thigh
1.5 tsp salt
¼ tsp Black pepper
For the marinade
65g Greek yogurt
Handful fresh chopped parsley
4tbsp runny honey
Season the chicken thighs with the. Pepper and salt along with the paprika.
In a container large enough, mix the turmeric, yogurt, freshly chopped parsley and honey. Then add the chicken thighs, bring mindful to cover all the chicken evenly.
Ideally leave over night for best results, or at the very least for an hour.
Once marinaded, get on a hot grill
in direct heat, skin down,turning them until cooked through evenly, around 20 to 25 minute’s.
